Poor service

I went to protea Glen mall to buy some self medication for my daughter so firstly I had some parcel at pep to collet a paxi in that paxi parcel there were 2 books and 2 clicks product. I collected the parcel and went to click I was with my 1 month old child n 8 years so we wer 3. We entered at clicks and the door beep dint beep while I entered with my parcel we got the medication on our way out the door beep security called manager called rose.. I explained to rose wer I got those the parcel bare in mind my paxi wasn't even open twas still sealed not even with a tape r something Rose was so rude she asked to open my parcel said OK than she was like normally mothers are there once who ***** I told her who send the parcel n ask the person to send the slip to the store while we wait for the email she said shez going to the camera room I asked for a chair she just looked at me as if am a ***** n Walk away on that time am holding a child she went there an come back after some min and say she got the slip not even sincely apology for the harassment I don't have a problem with the procedure but she would get her fact straight not all mothers are theft
