Poor service

There is always just 2 people to assist the clients, while there is 3 others also just at the back of them sitting doing nothing. My parcel is ready to collect but the lady is off today by collections counter and shes away for almost 2 months since lockdown. Service is poor, waiting time is to long. No customers service, no friendly face. Im very dissapointed at Cliks Key west
