Poor service

I visited Shop 7, Athlone Circle Retail Centre, Cnr. Montgomery Drive & Howich Road, Athlone, Pietermaritzburg, 3201, which is the Clicks. I entered there and was doing my shopping and this was about 13:30 and there were hardly staff around everyone seem to be getting ready to go home as well. . I eventually came across a special which was for oh so heavenly. It was written buy any 3 oh so heavenly positively gold or heart of pink products and the cheapest one is free. On the shelf that had that promotion had all oh so heavenly products. Again just to emphasize it stated products not foam bathing not lotion nothing. I took it to the till and the cashier argued saying it wrong. Eventually the manager Amanda I think her name was came in and had attitude and argued and kept making us feel like idiots. I told her nicely look at the board it says products not form bathing or anything of that sort. She eventually brought an item I did not want and made me take it as they were in a hurry to leave at 2. Whilst been there and trying to sort the issue of the misled product, an old man walked in there and asked for meds from the pharmacy they stated that they are closed and it 2 he said it not 2 and he has an emergency for the meds they heard nothing and ignored him. He eventually had to get self meds off the counter and they paid no interest to him as he was in a hurry and all cashiers left.

Is this the service we must get from click? Why mislead the customers with wrong advertising? And then argue with us when we saying it it says product and not specifically saying what?
