poor service

Went to clicks Trade route mall and the cashier cancelled my points on the voucher I was buying because her supervisor walked away instead of authorizing for the manual capture of my club card. The cashier just acted like she gave me points when I know a supervisor has to authorize on the system for my card to earn points. This is disappointing and they may not taking this seriously as I complained on their website and no one even got back to me, regardless how much i was going to get for that R500.00 I spent there...my points are my points.
