Poor service

I went to Clicks Broadacres Fourways to buy S26 Gold milk on Sunday the 27th Feb which was about R365, I tried buying using my debit card twice and i was told my card is declining and I had to go to the ATM and withdraw cash and pay. however, when i got home i noticed that those two transactions that they have emphasized were declined actually went through both, as a result, i was charged 3 times for a tin of milk.

I decided to go back to Clicks same day, Drove back from Pretoria. I got there a floor Manager on the day told me it will reflect after 24hours. I waited and I didn't receive anything. I drove again from Pretoria to Fourways on Tuesday, 1st and I was told that they sent an email to EFT department and i must expect a feedback on Wednesday, 3rd March. they did not bother to call me and I have reached out at around 15h00 yesterday, they are sending me from pillar to post.

NB: Clicks pay back my money, I drove twice from PTA to fourways to ask for my R730, I mean I spent all of it on petrol to ask for my money. please sort out your nonsense system and refund me my hard earned cash.
