Poor service

Secunda Clicks Phamacy,

I called *** at 14h02 i was transferred to the phamacy, the lady decided to put the phone aside, i was holding for more than 7mins while they were busy talking about lunch and personnal stuff at 14h11 i decided to hung up. this is not the first time where i call clicks secunda and no assistance is being given.
