Poor Service

On Wednesday, 22 April 2020 I went to Clicks Festival Mall in Kempton Park to get my medication and I was told by the Pharmacist that she won't dispense the medication as it is too much dosage. I then asked for the manager who looked he was willing to help yet he came back with the same story. This incident is not the first time it happens, I was told that the doctor wrote a wrong dosage. Funny enough I was able to get what the doctor has prescribed at another clicks. I am very flabbergasted at such service. The dosage is prescribed by the doctor and approved by the medical aid scheme, who is the Clicks Festival Mall to disregard the two parties?
