Poor Service

Went to Clicks Westwood branch this afternoon to get my Chronic medication. No one at the Pharmacy counter, stood there for 15 minutes, Two other patients joined the queue and then a Pharmacist arrives to say you should have got a ticket and proceeded to help the person behind me. No notice boards visible stating please take a ticket, the ticket machine is completely out of sight.....? I visit other Clicks and Dischem stores .....no take a ticket and wait.....? Silly excuse for bad service period.
