POOR SERVICE

On Saturday 28 July at 12h30 I purchased a few items. There was a special on 3 Epimax creams (3 for the price of 2) and the cashier did not give the special. I had to complain and he called a senior cashier to rectify it. After paying he asked me WHETHER I WANT I SLIP??? I said yes of course. I went to my car and immediately looked at the slip and the items and I saw that he charged me double for one product. Within 5 minutes he was dishonest on two products. I immediately went back and demanded to see the manager. He did non seem to be interested in the problem and only looked at the cashier next to him. I really think this is poor service and expect of Clicks to check on the honesty of their staff. I discussed this with friends and they all agreed that they have found the general service and assistance of Clicks staff very unsatisfactory. I will never shop Clicks in future again.
