Poor service

Hi. Please can you help me. My profile on my clicks card for the pharmacy is in a huge mess. Please please can you fix this. Every time I go to the clicks pharmacy it takes 10 to 15 minutes just to get started with my order because there are different profiles on my name and some prescriptions are on one profile and others on another profile. If this cannot be fixed please let me know as I will then rather take my business elsewhere. Here is what needs to be done.

1. There needs to be one profile on me. Jaco van As with ID nr ********** 029087 with address 11 Boekenhout Street, Kuilsriver. 2. My wife is Miryna van As. Please ensure that Jennie van As is removed from any form of profiles. Jennie is NOT my wife. Miryna van As is my wife. 3. My scripts that needs to be loaded are Tripiline, Aspovor, ecotrin and rinelon. All these are on different profiles for what ever reason. They all need to be on my one single profile. 4. Please please please delete all other profiles!!! 5. My medical aid is discovery Keycare Plus and both me and Miryna van As are on this plan. The medical aid nr is: ********** 01.
