Poor service

I bought a bluetooth speaker as I was informed that it also plays radio, but when I got home I could not play it. I was informed that the speaker had to be connected to a phone in order for the radio to play, which was not going to work as I was buying for the elderly person. I returned the speaker to clicks and they refused to take the speaker back saying the box is torn. Later they said the speaker had oil marks. I asked who in their right mind would return an item with oil marks. She said this after she had took the speaker to the back office. I don't know what she did there. I then received a call from a male person who introduced himself as an area manager ( no name). He became angry when I didn't agree with what he was saying and hung up on me. I phoned him back and asked is it how he was told to resolve the matter? He was not calling me to resolve the problem. Since then, clicks Oxford street, East London has my money and their speaker. They just kept quiet.
