POOR SERVICE

I purchased a Hair iron which has a 5 year garauntee. I had an issue with the hair iron which supposed to be covered by the gaurantee. When I took the hair iron in to the store for repairs, they turned me away, and stated the item cannot be replaced or repaired, but the guarantee is still valid. This *******, I have purchased this item knowing I have a 5 year gaurantee. This is unaceptable by Clicks. They shouldnt be selling brands which cannot with hold they gaurantees.
