poor service

I bought a Samsung z2 yesterday at clicks mabopane,was not told that it does not have android,i tried calling calling and asking if i can exchange and top up for a proper Samsung phone with android and was told they Don't do exchanges.One would expect that a person in charge of selling cellphones would advise that the phone does not have Android but has tezin(or whatever it is) instead so that one can make an informed decision.Now I'm stuck with a phone i don't even know how to use all because a salesperson did not feel the need to tell me that the phone is not the same as all other Samsung phones
