Poor service

I made an order online on Thursday the 23rd and on Saturday the courier company they chose decided to only deliver 3 of the items i ordered only.When i told clicks they removed themselves from the situation and asked me to contact the Courier company.All i want is the items i paid for as they were on special and i am not making another phonecall to their *********** couriers once again
