Poor service!!

I am disappointed in the service received at Clicks Parkview yesterday, 29 October 2017. I usually hand in my scripts at Dischem Woodlands, but because I was in the Parkview centre, I decided to hand-in my script at Clicks as it would have been more convenient, also, because of poor customer service at Clicks before, I decided to check the service out at Parkview and if satisfied, to hand in my scripts there in future as it is more convenient. Boy, was I disappointed. Firstly, there was only 1 pharmacist on duty. 2ndly, she made me stand in the queue for more than 15 minutes (me being the 2nd customer in line) as she battled to read the doctors handwriting for the customer she was busy helping. I did not have a problem waiting, however did get irritated as 15 minutes is a long time to wait and I was able to read what was written on the script from where I was standing, even while it was upside down. Finally when attended to me, she insinuated that my prescription was false. Her direct words to me were: "Dr. Ladikos's scripts does not look like this one, I helped a patient the day before". When I asked her what exactly she meant, she didn't give me a straight answer and just said the I must give her a chance (she was still not finished with the current customer). I got really upset and walked out of Clicks. I've been a patient of dr. Ladikos for more than a year and never, ever have I had any problems handing in scripts at Dischem. Sometimes dr. Ladikos writes out the scripts and sometimes it is typed out. Yesterday's script was hand-written by dr. Ladikos and anyone could see that the signature and the hand-writing corresponded to each other. I find it completely unacceptable to be humiliated in front of customers and when I asked the pharmacist what her name was as I was going to report her, she said I must just relax, not be like that and that she will see if she can assist me. Her name is Mariette van Niekerk. I will never ever even try to attemtp to hand in a script at Clicks ever again. I drove to Dischem Woodlands straight after the incident and the time that it took me to drive there, stand in the queue, buy other items in store and pay, was faster than the time spent waiting in the queue at Clicks without being humiliated!!! Not only did I have a poor experience with the pharmacist at Clicks, but the price of an item that I bought earlier in the morning was not correct at the till. It was for the Clicks Senokot 100 tablets. The price on the shelf was R99.99, however the price at the till was R104.00. Luckily I saw a lot of complaints on social media about Clicks prices being incorrect when it comes to paying, therefore I was more alert. Also, only 1 cashier over pay-day month-end!!!

Clicks service are the worst!!!
