Poor Service

We bought 3 silver chains in your costume jewelry range (Claire) and there were items on sale with a label that says buy 3 for R150. We queried this not with one staff member but 2 and both confirmed any Claire jewelry that is on sale ( they had a special shelf with all Claire brand jewelry) is buy 3 items for R150. When we got to the till, we received a different version and we as the clients misunderstood the signage?? Really, please explain to me what does it mean when you advertise buy 3 items for R150. No mention of terms and conditions apply or clubcard members only or you can only purchase certain items.

So the manager on duty says no they don't have all red stickers but the 3 chains we had was all marked down with red stickers to R137 and it was on the shelf where it says buy 3 items for R150.

We mistunderstood? poor poor service. Poor labelling of items, and this is not the first time. In fact I think Clicks stores are all pathetic.
