Poor service

I have been getting my chronic medication from the Clicks in the Prospur shopping center on Churchill Road, Plumstead for over five years when it was Prospur pharmacy, that stopped once it was taken over by the Clicks franchise. Some of their pharmacists were friendly and great but the majority of them were rude and unprofessional. The ladies that work on the so called stores floor and behind the tills are from the original store are great and professional. Sadly when you want your medicine to be pre packed or you are in urgent need of something they are so rude and make no exceptions whatsoever.
