Poor service

I've ordered a cupcake maker from clicks online and how they sofar to my concern never followed up or gave any detail except to let me know they are busy and it took more than 3 working days they are not serious about the clicks app or its customer regarding to their delivery aspect .sofar to my concern I will never again support them
