Poor service

Can I just ask why do they run promotions but then don't have stock? And they don't even offer a rain-check or substitute! Clicks has a promotion running on their Comfort fabric softener value pack 4 for R100 since 20th February. I have gone to the store at Kenilworth Centre, Westgate Mall and Canal Walk of which none of them have the one's I am looking for or they just have 3 or 2 on the shelves. I mean, like really man??
