Poor resolution management and customer care.

3 Months in a row I do not get a sms to collect my chronic repeat medication. Have complained at the Noordheuwel store and on social media with promises to excalate the issue but so far nothing has been done. They have the cheek to claim from my medical aid for the meds have not yet received.
