Poor quality products

I have bought bath clothes in January and it's hardly 6 months but it is torn. I buy my bath clothes all the time and this is the first time I encounter such poor quality. It's shocking and change your supplier or you'll loose customers. I'm unhappy and I'm never buying anything at clicks anymore. I wrote to the complaints department and that was a useless task. I received an email from clicks asking information about the product which I don't know.
