Poor quality of Toni& Guy products

I have a Toni&Guy hairdryer as well as a Flat Iron Wide plate which has been purchased from yourselves.

The Hairdryer I received as gift last year Christmas and the Flat Iron Wide plate I had bought myself at your Canal Walk Branch probably a year ago or so.

I am extremely disappointed in these products as they suppose to be high quality items, however they are not.

The nozzle of the hairdryer is worn out it keeps coming off while I am blow drying my hair, I am unable to use the hairdryer on its full heat capacity because then it starts smelling like burnt wires. There is no purpose the if I am unable to use it to its full potential.

The flat iron is pealing on the sides which is making my iron look like it is years old but its not.. This i also use on its full potential and this is making the iron melt and peel which is very poor quality.

You pay so much monies for these products which are supposedly great quality hence it being expensive, but your monies are a waste if you get poor quality like this. Then I might as well buy cheap things.

I would really like something to be done regarding this matter, I await your response.
