Poor quality of 2-ply toilet paper-Clicks brand)

I recently purchased the 2-ply toilet paper from Clicks at Mall@Reds and was very disappointed with the quality of the product. I have been buying this brand for quite some time, and the recent batch was noticeably below the usual standard.

As a loyal customer, I urge Clicks to take customer concerns seriously and ensure consistent product quality. I purchased 18 rolls (x4 packs), and unfortunately, I am now stuck with a product that does not meet expectations.

I would appreciate your feedback regarding this matter and would like to request a refund for my purchase so that I can buy better-quality toilet paper elsewhere.
