Poor quality

Very disappointed in your guest towels i purchased in feb in bulk as i buy a few to cater for everyone for a longer period. Hole on them just after 1/2 baths i even thought the soap we using is harsh on them. To date have changed 4, worse the last one i took out sunday already had 2 big holes. Went to magaliesview to complain i was told I should have kept till slip. Who keeps a slip on guest towels for that long? Worse i always do my shopping at clicks and never got a reason to.
