Poor product follow-up complaint.

I bought a Babyliss Cordless Gas Styler from Clicks at the end of last year and tried unsuccessfully to find replacement gas cartridges from January until finally being told that the product has been discontinued. The cartridges have been listed as out of stock on the Clicks website and the Stylers are still being sold in some stores. A query to the Clicks website has not received a response. For a product that cost almost R500 I think this is very poor service from Clicks - no response and I have been left with an expensive investment in something that I have only been able to use a few times. This was something that I thought would have sold very well considering the expected increase in electricity outages.
