Poor prescription management ongoing for years

I am still having problems with prescriptions for medicine at Clicks. A letter, in this regard, to their help line is unanswered for more than a week, as is my comments on Hello Peter. I needed some medication, as I had completely run out, so went to the closest Clicks from my work, Pinelands Central Square. Again the script loaded at Rosemead Clicks in March was unavailable, and I had some heated argument before he fished out what I needed. This time was a bit better, as I got what I wanted, however I object to having a fight to get my script medicine. If Clicks can't run their system efficiently they shouldn't offer to load the script and only work from the printed version. This problem has been ongoing for a number of years. My doctor used to often have to waste his time to confirm a recently issued script, when a Clicks Pharmacy said I had run out but hadn't.
