poor online store customer service

I am totally Disgusted with Clicks Online. I have never ever had such poor service from any online Store in my whole life!!! am never using or buying from there stores you cant even cancel your orders and they should put it online when you buy that you will get your order after 2-3 working days then we wont buy online will just go straight to the store am so devastated i jut want to cancel and have my money back
