Poor online shopping service

They dont even deserve 1 star. Their online service is really bad ordered items on the 28th of march and they stated it take 1-3 days, still today I haven’t recieved any sms to collect my items, when i track my parcel it forever saying processing. This is really frustrating, it was my first time purchasing online for them n i’m never going to Purchase again ill stick to my previous stores ive been purchasing from before
