Poor online services clicks

The clicks on line is nothing but a disaster. I placed an order on the 28th Dec which came off my bank account but gave some order error.i mmediately logged a call with the bots help ,then called Monday logged another call and I'm still waiting for confirmation for me to pick up my product.utterly appalling.This will be my first and last time to ever use their horrid on line ordering option.
