Poor online service

Never ever order anything online. I have ordered my baby nappies 5days ago ,upto today I have received anything and when I go to my collecting store they haven't received anything. I sent complaint through their app no response. I had to spend more money today and buy other diapers as the were finished. I had to compromise and buy a brand I don't like coz where do I get money to buy more after I already bought
