Poor online service

I am never buying anything online at Clicks, I made an order online 21 April and they said it will take 1-3 days for me to get my stuff I only got the sms to collect my parcel on the 28th of April which was more than 3 days but I did not mind. On the 30th went to the store where I was told to collect my parcel only for them to tell me they haven't received any parcel in my name. Today I called waited on the line for about 20 minutes when the lady who was assisting me told me to hold while she was calling the manager at Clicks, I waited untill I dropped the call. Called again and the second lady told me she will escalate the issue and I should expect them to return to me after 1 week. I used my money to collect a parcel that was never delivered and wasted my airtime aswell. I have faced such while shopping online in other stores. This is such an inconvenience and I am never buying anything online ever again at Clicks and I will never recommend it to anyone I come across.
