Poor online service

Not happy with the online service, i thought it will be hassle free to order online and collect but the service is so poor. I placed an order online on the 28/02/18 hoping ill get it in 3 day cos its daily stuff that i need urgently but instead am beinbg sent form pillar to post. Rather refund me so i can get quicker at a diff store.
