POOR ONLINE ORDER SERVICE

I have ordered online 3 times in the hopes of getting a better experience. The turn around time on online orders is very poor. When collecting in store, the service is extremely poor. My last was at Durban-City View. I must have waited almost 20 min for the customer care lady to come from the back and assist me, when she finally did, she then went back there for probably another 20 min to get my order. This is all after I have waited just over two weeks for my order to get to the store, I even had to call customer service to get handle on things. No updates were sent regarding my order. Clicks needs to review their online ordering process.
