Poor medical services

They closed my profile. Just because i travelled and requested my medicine early. I had all the proof. They also closed my profile because they saw scripts for different doctors. Now tell me.. is it then my fault that my doctor is forever out of town or sick and not available and I have to then go to another doctor. Its pathetic service. No remorse for the stress I have to endure or anything.
