Poor management s****s and no customer service

Management at clicks Westwood have absolutely no training on how to speak to customers. Clicks is currently running a 3 for 2 promotion on the Berocca product. Firstly the promotion label was placed on the shelf with the performance pack instead of just the boost packs. The floor assistant retrieved the boxes from the back of the store as the box of thirties is empty on the shelf. On proceeding to the till I was then told that the special is only for the boost packs. So I requested for 3 times the 30s boost packs. I was then told there is nothing on the shelf and management rudely told me that there is nothing that can be done except take 3 boxes of 10s. Management at clicks need to know how to handle their stock levels and advertising of sale items on the stand. I did not appreciate the manager's rude attitude and flippant acknowledgement of customer satisfaction. I will be reporting this to Beyer and the company who handles this principal. I will never shop at the Westwood clicks
