Poor form clicks online

I ordered a product from clicks online as none of the stores had it in stock. 9 days later I am still waiting for my product. After 5 calls and many promises of feedback I still sit and wait not knowing when or if I will ever receive my product as NO one can tell me what has happened or where it is. So instead of just sending me a new product straight away I get people in the call centre and online taking no responsibility and making every excuse under the sun of why they cannot find my product. I use online shopping regularly but never had such a frustrating experience. So come Monday I will cancel my order and won't try clicks online again way too much hassle.
