Poor Excuses

i must say I am extremely disappointed with the excuses given by clicks regarding medication I get monthly. I handed in 3 scripts recently. One for my wife and two for me. When I queried why certain medication was not ready, I was told that the scripts were not handed in on the same day - they were. Now I am told I have to wait for another 7 days in order to get the other medication or else I will have to pay for the medication. ******* Clicks - you made the mistake and now you tell me it cannot be rectified.
