Poor Empathy , Communication and no sense of urgency .

Very poor service with Clicks Pharmacy Christian barnard.

After the last Transplant medication person has left . The new person has just lacked all customer service skills and poor communication, For the past few months I had to drive into town to get my meds despite the fact that its a Chronic TRANSPLANT medication that keeps me alive all excuses are being passed onto me.

I really think they do need a new person in that position with empathy , knowledge, and the true real understanding of chronic meds. I would not recommend this pharmacy neither would i advise taking up there delivery service you can count yourself lucky to get you meds on time,
