POOR DELIVERY SERVICE - VANGATE MALL BRANCH CLICK AND COLLECT

Poor delivery of service received from Clicks at Vangate Mall branch on Sunday 1st Sept. I placed my online order on 25th Aug to collect parcel at this branch. I went into the store to collect my parcel on Sun 1st Sept, when a man busy at the Collection cubicle asked for my ID and OTP. When I said I never received an OTP and the order was placed for collection on 25th Aug, without even checking, he said the order takes up to 7 days to be delivered to the store and I will then receive an OTP when ready for collection. He even checked the calender on the desk when I said it had been a week since I placed the order. He then said 7 working days. This was quite upsetting as I only have time to get to the stores maybe once a week. I then asked if I can cancel the order, to which he said that can be done online.

I proceeded to request cancellation online - only to be told the item is already at the store and ready for collection since 27 Aug 4.26pm. And if I still wanted to cancel I should do this in-store.

This is horrible service to say the least. I work all day and barely have time as work on standby on the weekend. I don't have time for this.
