poor delivery service

Clicks online. Placed an order on 25th march marked for next day delivery. However since it was past the cut off time my order was promised to me by no later than 27th March. Still have not received it as yet. Part of my delivery was supposed to be transported on my part to Kzn on 27th evening, which this parcel how now missed. Poor service delivery
