Poor delivery and customer service

Initially they said they will deliver my parcel within 2 days. It has been dispatched on Monday. Still no delivery. I did contact customer care then they promise to talk to the courier and that I should hold on. After 10 minutes of holding on I get cut off. Still no word from them. Very bad customer service
