Poor customer service ever in my life

I am so disgusted with the service i got from clicks pharmacy in Giyani Limpopo, i was at one of their store in Giyani buying my cosmetics, i saw the price of toothbrush of Colgate at the shelf of R19.99 but when i get to the tills it was R89.00 so when i tell them that the price that i saw at the shelf is the price that i want to pay the manager said i must read the shelf talker because the description is not the same, and the shelf was full with wrong pricing, i ended up not getting those toothbrush because the manager said is not their fault is stock take problem, and even if i can report they will take his side. I will never ever set my foot at any clicks pharmacy i will rather go to Dischem maybe they know what is the meaning of customer. Their manager need training.
