Poor customer service

I visited Clicks The Bridge on 24 August 2023, as i wanted to exchange my clicks brand baby's bottle sterilizer wich i received as a gift. I was assisted by a lady whom filled me with pure disgust. She had an attitude infront of other staff members, she informed me that the product was not bought at their store(thinking to myself that they don't stock the item). She then further informed me that i must find out the person who bought the gift, get their particulars as they had to trace the transaction, enable to deduct the points that was rewarded. She then walked away from me, as to where i had to make phone calls while standing in the store. I ended up visiting clicks greenacres branch situated on the other side of the mall, where i was assisted with no hesitation and my item was exchanged for the same value.
