Poor customer service

This evening I went to buy a hair dryer at Clicks Rylands Village. When I got home unpacked the Safeway Dryer I bought i and the nozzle was missing. I then realized the cashier didn't check the box at the counter. Its now going to cost me to go back tomorrow sometime to get this sorted. Its so unnecessary because this situation could have been avoided.
