Poor customer service

I am not happy with the service recieved at sonieke clicks. I went with 5 items to front to pay and the lady said that i should only pay for 4 and the promotional only covers 4. She said i should ring up 5th differently however looking on your website and my cart discount applies for all 5 items. I noticed this now as I would like more products please clarify because this is really upsetting
