Poor customer service Clicks Greenstone Mall

Extremely poor customer service from Clicks Greenstone Mall. They refused to refund my ACS eyes drops which I was allergic to. I was prepared to swop it for an more expensive brand. They also abruptly disputed the promotion price on the optive plus eye drops that I had purchased. Management seems to not care about going the extra mile for their loyal customers. Extremely disappointed customer!
