poor customer service

Today I visited your Cornubia Branch as I do weekly. I decided to use my points at the till point purchasing vitamins. 1. The cashier imputed the incorrect amount - and then voided it and asked me to complete my purchase at the next till point - which I abliged. 2. Something went wrong, she called the supervisor and other tell and the 3 of them continued to speak in Zulu for about 7minutes and not telling me whats wrong - no explaination or apologies I interrupted their conversion, waiting to pay - for one of them to just say come back tomorrow and pay for it.

Really -- this service -- no explaination !! Just come back tomorrow?? I then asked for a manager, and then they continued to speak to each other AGAIN - and I interrupt again asking why must i come back tommor for her to say the system does not work and they cannot swipe my card again - they can only wipe it tomorrow. I then asked if i can just pay for it in cash to which they rep**** OK -- I am disgusted by this service -- no explaination or apologies -- having discussions amongst themselves for long periods of time and not informing the Customer of the issues until i had to keep asking-- extremely unprofessional and extremely RUDE.

I would rather go to Dischem than receive services like this.
