Poor customer service at Clicks Silverlakes - pharmacy

Pharmacy service is totally pathetic.

Individuals helping not trained on how to fully assist customers. Just gets missing for 15 minutes none of his colleagues know where he went.

Silverlakes will never get any of my business again.

Surely this is not the service one expects from a professional institution.
