Poor customer service at Clicks Dainfern

On the 3rd of February I went to Clicks Dainfern for a wellness check, I was told that my medical aid does not cover for the screening, I then paid cash. The lady that assisted me told me that she had sent me my medical results, but I've never received them up until today. I later discovered that my medical aid actually pays for the service, I contacted my medical aid and they told me that they haven't received any claim from Clicks. Clicks is refusing to send a claim to my medical aid because if they send a claim they have to refund me because I had paid in cash.

I don't recommend anyone to go to Clicks for a wellness check. They are a Bunch of ****mers.
