Poor customer service and product quality

In past 2 years I purchased 3 times & had to return 3 times my "Wahl hair clipper & grooming set" . Bad product quality and yet each time "Clicks" stores gives me as the customer a tough time when requesting an exchange even though its returned well within the 12 month warranty / guarantee period. POOR SERVICE AND PRODUCT QUALITY FROM CLICKS N WAHL products
